As many of you know, Mister Honda has recently been brainwashed. Although I would certainly hope to the contrary, it seems as though it will be permanent, as it has been for many others. He has, however, left behind something we can still enjoy: the café; thankfully, Mister van der Bilt has been returned to his senses, so the café should still be running.

However, due to the difficulty in running such a thing by oneself and him being a thickheaded incorrigible sick freak, I've offered to assist Mister van der Bilt. Hopefully he won't put up any resistance so that the establishment will be able to be tasteful and enjoyable. So not to trouble him with frivolous details, I would be more than happy to help answer any questions for prospective customers or employees. No reason for to let him scare the shit out of everyone before they even step in.

Remember: it can be a very enjoyable learning experience. Even though we're stuck here, we'll inevitably return home and participating in a job is an invaluable experience that will help you for the rest of your lives♥!

For those of you from countries or worlds unfamiliar with American holidays:

The Fourth of July, also known as Independence Day, is the holiday that, in general, celebrates the United States of America's separation from its sovereign nation--Great Britain--and it becoming its own self-ruling country. More specifically, it celebrates the final drafting and then signing of the Declaration of Independence, which, as the name suggests, was a statement made by the United States, which were, at the time, simply thirteen colonies ruled by Great Britain; this final drafting and signing occurred on the fourth of July in 1776, hence the name and date of the holiday.

However, true independence for the United States of America recognized by Great Britain and the other nations of the world did not come until the treaties of Paris and Versailles were signed and ratified by the warring nations. This officially brought the war to an end. It wasn't until January fourteenth of 1784 for this to be completed.

The holiday is usually celebrated with barbecues, fireworks, and paid days off from work.
